Delivery Information

General Deliveries are given an estimated time of 2-3 weeks.

We offer delivery as a service to our customers at a non-profit basis. The charge covers the cost of two employees, a vehicle and fuel and as such we are unable to guarentee a specific delivery time. Deliveries will be undertaken on a route sensitive programme.

Deliveries will take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

You will be contacted the day before delivery by telephone to confirm our delivery intention.

Our employees will telephone you during their deliveries approximately half an hour before they are due at the delivery address. This will be the only information available on the day of delivery. The shop staff will be unable to provide any further information on the day of delivery.

The goods will be delivered to a room of your choice with the following preconditions.

1. We do not remove doors or furniture.

2. Please remove pictures, ornaments etc to prevent avoidable damage.

3. We do not assemble beds unless previously arranged with us and specified on the delivery note.

4. We will not remove old beds, mattresses, furniture etc unless previously arranged with us and specified on the delivery note.

We endeavour to deliver safely and promptly, but please be aware that weather, traffic and unforeseen circumstances may have an adverse effect on our plans.
